This conference is valued at over $350, but we keep our rates low so you can bring your whole team!

Regular Rate:
Individual Rate: $150
Team of 5 or more: $125
Spouse Rate: $65
Dorm Housing: $25 per person, per night.

Important Information

Deadlines:   Register online or Postmark by the deadline to qualify.

Team Rate:  Teams of 5 or more from the same church/organization who register together qualify for this rate.

Spouse Rate:  When you register together, one of you can attend at the Spouse Rate.

Minimum Deposit:  You can put down a minimum deposit of $50 to hold your registration(mail & fax only).  The balance will be due upon arrival.

Group Registration:  The group leader receives all correspondence and is responsible for communication with their group.  If members of your group wish to pay individually, you we accept multiple checks or credit card payments wfor your group registration.

Housing:  Dorm-style housing on-campus is available for $25 per person per night.  You  may request a roommate.  If no name is given, we may match you with a roommate.  Each room has two twin beds with linens and towels provided.  Register early to ensure housing availability.  If you prefer hotel accomodations, click here for information.

Meals:  UYWI will provide a continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday, plus lunch and dinner on Saturday.  All other meals are on your own, and there are plenty of on and off-campus restaurants.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend, another youth worker can attend in your place. You can cancel your registration up to May 6th for a refund, less the $50 non-refundable deposit.  Cancellations after May 6th are nonrefundable.
